Welcome to ML Surgical Microscope Services, a newly minted independent spinoff of Medlink USA, hand-builders of the best reconstructive surgical microscopes, since 1989.
Our mission is to emphasize field service, rather than production. We mean to be proactive in seeking out and caring for the entire historic Medlink USA microscope fleet.
Our first innovation is the service tour. We schedule a string of clients, then go on a road trip! This cuts your cost by reducing travel expenses per client.
We encourage all Medlink microscope owners to sign up for yearly PM, to avert almost all failures in use. What does it cost you in labor, stress and risk when OR equipment fails due to lack of skilled care? We do not have that info, but I’m betting PM would be a better deal.
We offer standalone service calls as well.
We also purchase and refurbish existing units to two levels:
Refurbished units have all existing problems repaired with all the right parts, and all the right tools, by the only experts in the business, and carry a two year warranty from us.
Remanufactured units are made from new and pre-existing parts. 100% inspected, stripped and re-finished or replaced as necessary, and updated to the latest revision that Medlink shipped. They are effectively brand-new, and also carry a two-year warranty from us.
